50% deposit is required for reservation.
10% service charge will be added.
Cancelations will be honored provided a 72 hours advance notice is given. In this case, a 50% full refund will be granted. In the event that cancelations are made prior to the 72 hours notice, no refund is applicable.
“No Show”: no refund is applicable.
High Season is defined by the months of December, January, February and July and holidays.
Extended weekend is defined as 3 or more sucessive days, including any working day in the period.
